Comments

Our website does not allow visitors to leave comments. Therefore, we do not collect data through comment forms and we do not send data to profile services (such as Gravatar) or spam detection systems for comments.

Media

Our website does not allow visitors or users to upload images or media files. Thus, we do not collect or store user-uploaded media files (or associated EXIF GPS location data).

Contact Forms, WhatsApp, and Quote Requests

When you contact us for international vehicle towing/transport services on a trailer or groupage (via phone call, WhatsApp message, or contact forms on the website), we collect the data necessary to provide the service:

• First and last name;
• Phone number;
• Email address;
• Pick-up location and vehicle destination (address/country);
• Vehicle details (motorcycle, car, sedan, SUV, van, minibus) and document details necessary for transit, drawing up the CMR contract, and issuing the tax invoice.

Legal Basis: The processing of this data is necessary for the performance of a transport contract to which you are a party or to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b of the GDPR), as well as to fulfill legal tax obligations.

Cookies

If you visit our login page (an area intended exclusively for website administrators), we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

How long we retain your data

For users (if any) that register on our website, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

Quote requests or contact messages not finalized through a contract are stored for a maximum period of 6 months, after which they are deleted. Data related to completed orders and financial-accounting documents (invoices, CMR contracts) are retained for 10 years in accordance with legal requirements.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site or have submitted personal data through forms, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you (“right to be forgotten”).
