2. Scope of Services
The Service Provider offers roadside assistance and vehicle transport services on car haulers/towing platforms (domestic and international). The use of this website and placing an order implies the tacit acceptance of these terms and conditions.
3. Rates and Online Estimates
- Informational Nature: Prices generated by the distance calculator on the website are estimates and do not constitute a binding contractual offer.
- Final Price: This will be communicated by the dispatcher and depends on the actual weight of the vehicle, technical condition (locked wheels, damaged steering), specific road tolls, or time of day.
- Excluded Fees: The transport price does not include bridge, ferry, or special highway tolls outside Romania, unless explicitly stated in writing.
4. Insurance and Transport Guarantee
All transport operations performed by TOWING TRACKS SRL are covered by CMR type insurance in accordance with international standards.
Limitation of Liability: The Service Provider accepts no liability for personal belongings, accessories, or valuables left inside the transported vehicle. Please remove all valuables prior to loading.
5. Documentation and Vehicle Condition
The Client undertakes to provide the vehicle ownership documents (registration certificate/logbook) and to declare whether the vehicle has liquid leaks, blocked steering, or other damages that could complicate loading. Undeclared faults will incur additional handling charges (minimum 200 RON).
6. Cancellation and Waiting Policy
If the car hauler/towing vehicle has dispatched to the indicated location and the order is cancelled or the vehicle cannot be loaded due to reasons attributable to the client (missing documents, keys, etc.), the client shall pay the cost of the trip (minimum 200 RON for Bucharest/Ilfov, or the equivalent cost per kilometer driven for international journeys).
7. Jurisdiction and Disputes
Any dispute shall be settled amicably. If reconciliation fails, jurisdiction lies with the courts located at the registered office of the Service Provider (Bucharest).
